加强大学生的党性修养,提升学生党员素质,充分发挥大学生党员的先锋模范作用,努力培养对党忠诚的社会主义事业的可靠建设者和接班人,是高等学校人才培养必须高度重视的问题。高校党务工作队伍建设还存在一些问题,通过对问题的分析,提出了从优化政策、加大投入、调整分配、个人发展等方面着手,进一步改善党建基层党务工作者建设。
It is an issue that we must attach great importance to in cultivating talented students in colleges and universities to strengthen the party spirit of college students, improve the quality of student party members, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of the party members in college, and strive to build a reliable builder and successor to the party’s loyal cause of socialism. According to the analysis of the problems, the article puts forward that from the aspects of optimizing policies, increasing input, adjusting distribution and personal development, further improving the construction of party workers at the grassroots level.
