几年前,我们在修理B_1-88铸锭平面铣床的轴向移动的滑动轴承时遇到了困难。经过几次反复,最后我们用增大主轴瓦接触包角、增加接触面积的方法进行了修复。 1.主轴瓦的结构 该装置的结构示于图1。轴套材质为ZG45,最大轴向移动距离为40mm;轴瓦材质为耐磨铸铁,直径为820mm;润滑系统工作压力为588kPa(6kgf/cm~2)。
Several years ago, we encountered difficulties in repairing the axially moving plain bearings of the B_1-88 ingot milling machine. After several iterations, finally we repaired by increasing the contact angle of the main bearing bush and increasing the contact area. 1. The structure of the main bearing bush The structure of the device is shown in Fig.1. The sleeve is made of ZG45 with the maximum axial displacement of 40mm. The bearing shell is made of wear-resistant cast iron and has a diameter of 820mm. The working pressure of the lubrication system is 588kPa (6kgf / cm ~ 2).
