用氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)测定贝类脱氢酶活性的方法作者已作了报道(注:国外医学卫生学分册1986(5):313),但原法测定只是取酶活性高的腮部作为试样,不适用于酶活性低的肉质测定,因此,作者又在原法的基础上做了改进,即向氯化钠-TTC试液中添加磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 9.2)能显著地提高脱氢酶的活性,对贝类的腮及肉均可进行测定,扩大了方法的应用范围。现将方法介绍如下。试剂 2、3、5-氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)
