坏死性肉芽肿临床少见,以往报告多为成人,我院遇见一例因本病致死的三岁小儿,经病理检查及临床随访观察证实。现报告如下:患儿陈××、女性,3岁,住院783229号于1978年10月9日以鼻流血水伴发烧40天之代诉入院。入院前四个多月,有间歇性鼻塞,伴有水样物流出,曾应用鼻眼净滴鼻等治疗无效。三个月前鼻孔有血水及腐肉样物流出,曾在门诊检查,见左侧鼻腔及硬腭处有小块溃疡,表面为坏死组织及暗红色痂皮。取鼻腔小块组织活检,病理诊断为:小块坏死组织。病检后未再复诊,回当地应用青、链霉素等治疗, Necrotic granuloma clinical rare, in the past mostly for adults, our hospital met a case of three-year-old children who died of this disease confirmed by pathological examination and clinical follow-up confirmed.
