以6名健康男性为对象,在静坐及轻、中度体力负荷(250、500kg.m.min~(-1)下,采用辨别阈限法测定了吸气阻力(IR)负荷的辨别阈(JND)梯级,并以2、4 JND感觉单位的平均IR为参照,测出不同阻力匹配的等阻力感曲线(ERC),其呼吸感觉量则分别由多级估量量表(MES)、类别量表(CS)进行评量。主要结果如下:(1)在静坐及轻、中度体力负荷下,范围为27.6—165.0mmH_2O·L~(-1)·S的IR,共包含5个JND梯级。(2)在三种体力负荷下,JND感觉单位与物理或生理刺激量间均呈指数函数关系;尽管三种体力负荷下的物理刺激量相同,但引起同样感觉量所需的生理阈刺激量则随体力负荷而增加。(3)用两种心理量表实测呼吸感觉量值表明:JND感觉单位与由MES测得的结果呈凹向上的指数函数关系,而与CS之结果则呈凹向下的指数函数关系,前者较能正确反映感觉量的增长规律。(4)在体力负荷下所测得的ERC与静坐时的趋势大体相同,在具有等感关系的5种不同阻力匹配中,其相对不适感程度,依次为IR>ER(呼气阻力)>CR(联合阻力)。(5)文中还就航空供氧装备的阻力标准问题等进行了讨论。
The discrimination threshold of inspiratory resistance (IR) load was determined by using the discrimination threshold method under the conditions of sitting and light and moderate physical load (250 and 500 kg.m.min ~ (-1)) on 6 healthy male subjects (JND) cascade, and the average IR of 2,4 JND sensory units was taken as a reference to measure the resistance equal-endurance curves (ERC) with different resistance matching.
