伴随着经济的发展,社会的进步,档案管理在人们的生活中扮演着重要的角色。我国一些偏远地区或基层单位仍然在使用传统的手工收集归档资料的方式,这种方式在具体实践中暴漏出了较多问题,建立数字化、信息化的地质勘探档案管理技术是当前亟待解决的问题。基于此,笔者通过分析档案管理存在的问题提出了几条可行性意见和建议,希望能够为从事地质勘探工作的人员提供借鉴。
With economic development and social progress, file management plays an important role in people’s lives. Some remote areas or grassroots units in our country are still using the traditional way of collecting and archiving materials by hand. This method has exposed more problems in specific practices. It is an urgent issue to establish a digital and informative geologic exploration file management technology . Based on this, the author puts forward several feasible opinions and suggestions by analyzing the existing problems in the file management, hoping to provide reference for those engaged in geological exploration work.
