用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶组化方法观察 E14d起至生后 2 8d这段时间大鼠纹状体一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的发育。结果 :胚龄 16d时 ,尾壳核内已有一氧化氮合酶的表达 ,此时细胞数量少 ,细胞圆形 ,无突起或仅有一短的突起 ;胚龄 18d一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的数量增多 ;生后 1d一氧化氮合酶阳性细胞胞体增大 ,有些突起呈点线状 ;生后 7d一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的胞体及突起进一步发育 ,突起呈线状 ,其上出现膨体样结构 ;14d时 ,神经元进一步发育分化 ,突起变多、变长 ,出现分支 ,阳性纤维主要出现在纹状体特有的片状区内 ;2 1d时分支进一步增多 ;到生后 2 8d基本达到成体水平。一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的分布在胚胎和生后 1d时出现于尾壳核的腹外侧 ,到生后第 7d方分布于整个尾壳核 ,但始终以腹外侧密度最大 ,且尾壳核外侧的细胞在形态上要较内侧成熟早。在苍白球中一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元少见
