目的探讨肝硬化门静脉高压患者食管及胃底静脉曲张程度与侧枝循环多个指标CT征象的依存性关系。方法门静脉高压组(A组)30例,正常对照组(B组)30例。CT测量2组的门静脉(PV)、胃冠状静脉(GCV)直径,胃底-脾门区静脉血管截面总面积,与胃镜结果进行多元线性回归分析。结果PV直径为(16.17±2.44)mm(A组)及(12.42±1.53)mm(B组),Beta=0.39。GCV直径为(6.22±2.41)mm(A组)及(3.39±1.03)mm(B组),Beta=0.85。胃底-脾门区静脉血管截面总面积:A组和B组分别为(5.14±5.96)mm2和(1.32±0.98)mm2,Beta=1.90。多元线性回归方程:y=0.39X1+0.85X2+1.90X3。结论胃底-脾门区静脉血管截面总面积作为一种新的CT检测指针对评价门静脉高压具有较高价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the degree of esophageal varices and gastric varices in cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension and the CT signs of multiple indicators of collateral circulation. Methods 30 cases of portal hypertension group (group A) and 30 cases of normal control group (group B). The portal vein (PV), the diameter of gastric coronary vein (GCV) and the total area of venous blood vessels in the fundus - splenomegaly were measured by CT in two groups. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed with gastroscopy. Results PV diameter was (16.17 ± 2.44) mm in group A and 12.42 ± 1.53 mm in group B, and Beta was 0.39. GCV diameters were (6.22 ± 2.41) mm in group A and 3.39 ± 1.03 mm in group B, and Beta = 0.85. The total area of venous blood vessels in the fundus - splenic region was (5.14 ± 5.96) mm2 and (1.32 ± 0.98) mm2 respectively in group A and group B, and Beta = 1.90. Multiple linear regression equation: y = 0.39X1 + 0.85X2 + 1.90X3. Conclusions The total area of venous blood vessels in the fundus-splenic portal area is of great value as a new CT detection index for evaluating portal hypertension.
