混凝土是建造高耐久性道路的恰当材料。然而,暴露骨料的混凝土路面只有约2d B的降噪潜力,这个降低值还不足以抵消未来几年内路面交通量增长、而造成交通噪音的增大值。通过专门设计道路表面的纹理,采用无孔隙混凝土路面的降噪能力可增大到5d B。不过现浇混凝土路面则无法获得声学性能优化的路面纹理,这是因为受多重外部因素和原材料的影响,搅拌、浇注和后续处理过程,都会对混凝土使用性能产生影响,导致地坪表面的声学特性改变。所以,为获得声学性能优化的路面纹理,需要采用新技术、新材料和新的建造方法,以提高混凝土路面的降噪能力。为获得低噪音路面纹理,选择使用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)。超高性能混凝土强度高、骨料颗粒小的材料特性,可允许重复成型出低噪音混凝土路面所要求的高度精致路面纹理。UHPC在有控制条件下能够很好地进行重复生产,例如在工厂预制混凝土产品。在“低噪声UHPC预制混凝土路面板路面”研究项目中,将UHPC预制路面板表面设计成带有低噪声的纹理。这种新拌混凝土非常适用于预制构件的成型工艺,成品表面的潮湿防滑性和耐久性适应道路要求;还可对低噪声纹理进行改进设计,即UHPC预制产品具有很好的性能再现性。另外,本研究项目还开发或调整了预制混凝土路面板的生产工艺和铺装方法,以便获得UHPC预制路面板低噪声路面的最佳性能。本文介绍用UHPC预制路面板建造30m长的试验路段,以及对这一试验路段的声学性能测试结果。
Concrete is the right material for building high-durability roads. However, aggregate exposed concrete pavements have a noise reduction potential of only about 2 dB. This reduction is not enough to offset the increase in road traffic in the coming years, resulting in an increase in traffic noise. By specifically designing the texture of the road surface, the noise reduction capability of non-porous concrete pavement can be increased to 5d B. However, the on-site concrete pavement can not obtain acoustically optimized pavement texture because of the influence of multiple external factors and raw materials, mixing, pouring and subsequent processing, will affect the performance of concrete, resulting in the acoustic properties of the floor surface change. Therefore, in order to obtain acoustically optimized pavement texture, new technologies, new materials and new construction methods are needed to improve the noise reduction ability of the concrete pavement. For low-noise pavement textures, Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) was chosen. Ultra high performance concrete with high strength and low aggregate particle properties allows for the highly elaborate pavement texture required for low noise concrete pavements. UHPC is well replicated under controlled conditions, such as prefabricated concrete products at the factory. In the “Low Noise UHPC Prefabricated Pavement Pavement” research project, UHPC prefabricated pavement surfaces are designed with low noise textures. The fresh concrete is ideally suited for the molding of prefabricated components, the wet skid resistance and durability of finished surfaces to meet the road requirements, and an improved design of low-noise textures, ie excellent performance reproducibility of UHPC prefabricated products. In addition, the research project also developed or adjusted the production process and paving method of precast concrete pavement slabs in order to obtain the best performance of low noise pavement of UHPC prefabricated pavement slabs. This article describes the use of UHPC prefabricated pavement panels to build a 30m long test section and the test section of the acoustic performance test results.
