国有企业在我国经济发展中曾经发挥了重要作用,为我国的经济建设作出了重要贡献,但由于目前我国经济正从计划经济向社会主义市场经济转型,国有企业由于种种原因,经济效益出现了大幅滑坡,亏损面积巨大,近几年,经过一系列改革措施,国有企业的效益虽有好转,但国有企业的机制和管理等问题仍然是实行市场经济中迫切需要解决的问题,特别是国有企业的体制和市场经济的两难冲突矛盾极为突出,如何协调这一对矛盾,将是国有企业改革中需密切关注的一个问题。
State-owned enterprises have played an important role in China’s economic development and made important contributions to China’s economic development. However, due to the current transformation of China’s economy from a planned economy to a socialist market economy, state-owned enterprises have experienced substantial economic benefits due to various reasons. Landslides and losses are huge. In recent years, after a series of reform measures, although the efficiency of state-owned enterprises has improved, the problems of state-owned enterprises, such as mechanisms and management, are still pressing issues that need to be solved in the market economy, especially for state-owned enterprises. The dilemma between the system and the market economy is extremely contradictory. How to coordinate this pair of contradictions will be a problem that needs to be closely watched in the reform of state-owned enterprises.
