目的 研究光动力治疗 (PDT)对胰腺癌的治疗效果 ,为胰腺癌寻找有效的治疗手段。方法 接种人胰腺癌细胞SW1990于裸小鼠皮下 ,建立移植癌模型 ,以血卟淋衍生物 (HpD)作为光敏剂 ,采用腹腔和瘤内局部注射两种不同方式给药 ,继以波长 6 32 8nm的He Ne激光照射肿瘤局部 ,观察光动力治疗后肿瘤的生长速度和组织形态学变化 ,并测定了肿瘤组织内脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量 ,对其治疗机制进行了初步探讨。结果 接受光动力治疗的两组肿瘤生长速度明显减慢 ,其中瘤内局部注射给药组疗效优于腹腔给药组 ;组织学检查见肿瘤组织有广泛坏死 ;光动力治疗组中MDA含量高于对照组。结论 光动力治疗对胰腺癌有杀伤作用 ,通过瘤内局部注射给药可以提高疗效 ,这可能为胰腺癌的治疗提供一个新的途径
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) on pancreatic cancer and find an effective treatment for pancreatic cancer. METHODS: Human pancreatic cancer cell line SW1990 was subcutaneously implanted in nude mice to establish a transplanted cancer model. HpD was used as a photosensitizer and was administered by intraperitoneal injection and intratumoral injection in two different ways, followed by a wavelength of 6 32. 8 nm He Ne laser was used to illuminate the tumor local. The growth rate and histomorphological changes of the tumor after photodynamic therapy were observed. The malondialdehyde (MDA) content of lipid peroxidation product in the tumor tissue was measured. The treatment mechanism was studied. Preliminary discussion. Results The growth rate of the two groups of tumors treated with photodynamic therapy slowed down significantly. The intratumoral injection group was more effective than the intraperitoneal group. Histological examination showed extensive necrosis of the tumor tissue; the MDA content in the photodynamic therapy group was higher than that of the intraperitoneal injection group. Control group. Conclusion Photodynamic therapy has a killing effect on pancreatic cancer. The intratumoral injection can improve the therapeutic effect, which may provide a new way for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
