目的 探讨蓝 /黄视野检查法 (blue- on- yellow perimetry,B/ Y PM)对青光眼的早期诊断价值。 方法 利用 OCTOPUS10 1全自动视野计 G2程序分别对 16例 (32只眼 )正常人 ,2 5例 (35只眼 )白 /白视野检查 (white- on- white perimetry,W/ W PM)异常的原发性开角型青光眼 (primary open- angleglaucoma,POAG) ,15例 (15只眼 ) W/ W视野检查正常的早期 POAG及 11例 (2 2只眼 )可疑 POAG进行B/ Y视野检查。 结果 正常人、可疑 POAG、早期、中期及晚期 POAG B/ Y视野检查视网膜平均敏感度分别为 (2 3.2 4± 1.2 2 ) d B、(2 0 .97± 3.42 ) d B、(18.44± 3.5 7) d B、(11.0 4± 1.85 ) d B及 (8.5 5± 2 .2 9) d B。B/ Y视野检查法对检测青光眼视野损害的敏感性高于常规 W/ W视野检查法 ,敏感性为 92 % ,特异性为90 .6 2 %。早期和中期 POAG中 ,B/ Y视野检测出视野缺损点数明显多于 W/ W视野检测出的缺损点数。结论 B/ Y视野检查法是检测 POAG早期视野损害的敏感方法之一。
Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of blue-on-yellow perimetry (B / Y PM) in glaucoma. Methods Twenty-six eyes (32 eyes), 25 eyes (35 eyes), white-on-white perimetry (W / W PM) Primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), 15 cases (15 eyes) W / W visual field of normal early POAG and 11 cases (22 eyes) suspicious POAG B / Y visual field examination. Results The mean retinal sensitivities of normal, suspicious POAG and early, middle and late POAG B / Y visual fields were (2 3.2 4 ± 1.2 2) d B, (20.97 ± 3.42) d B and (18.44 ± 3.5 7) d B, (11.0 4 ± 1.85) d B, and (8.5 5 ± 2.29) d B. B / Y visual field test for the detection of glaucomatous visual field damage than the sensitivity of conventional W / W visual field test, the sensitivity was 92%, specificity of 90.62%. Early and mid-term POAG, B / Y visual field detection of visual field defect points significantly more than W / W visual field detected defect points. Conclusion B / Y visual field examination is one of the sensitive methods to detect the damage of early visual field of POAG.
