对可逆轧机换向过程中轴承最小油膜厚度随时间的变化规律进行了理论分析。用有限差分法,将普遍Reynolds方程、轴瓦巴氏合金层的弹性变形方程用于可逆轧机轴承的设计计算,建立了非稳态轴承在低速重载条件下的数学模型。
The reversible rolling mill during the process of bearing minimum oil film thickness variation with time were theoretically analyzed. By using the finite difference method, the universal Reynolds equation and the elastic deformation equation of the bearing layer of Babbitt alloy were used in the design and calculation of the reversible rolling mill bearing, and the mathematical model of the unsteady bearing under low speed and heavy load condition was established.
