广告法是指规范广告活动和广告准则,确定广告参与主体的权利和义务、审查办法及应承担的法律责任的法规。《中华人民共和国广告法》已于1994年10月27日第八届全国人大常委会第十次会议上通过,并规定自1995年2月1日起施行。 《广告法》的条文共有“六章”49条”,即“第一章总则”、“第二章广告准则”、“第三章广告活动”、“第四章广告的审查”、“第五章法律责任”、“第六章附则”。其中,
