上港集团是我国港口业中唯一一家“吸收合并、整体上市”的上市公司,集团的战略发展目标是成为全球卓越的码头运营商。在发展的过程中,既受到来自国内港口的竞争压力,又面临周边国家和地区枢纽港的巨大压力。同时,随着资本投入的多元化、专业化、国际化,外部监管和内部管理都对迅速、准确地获取企业信息——特别是财务信息提出越来越高的要求。
Shanghai Port Group is the only listed company in the port industry in China that incorporates and markets as a whole. Its strategic development goal is to become a world-class terminal operator. In the process of development, it is not only subject to the competitive pressure from the domestic ports, but also faces tremendous pressure from the hub ports of neighboring countries and regions. At the same time, with the diversification of capital investment, specialization, internationalization, external regulation and internal management all place increasing demands on the prompt and accurate acquisition of enterprise information, especially financial information.
