上海市实验学校20余年坚持开展教育整体改革实验研究。学校整体设计实验项目,保护学生创新潜能。整体设计系列课程,培育学生创新素养:小学部开设乐高课程,培养学生的创新兴趣;初中部开设STS系列课程,培养学生的创新情趣;高中部开设拓展课,培养学生的创新志趣。整体搭建优质教师团队,保证创新人才培养:提升教师创新意识,组建混编团队,与高校深度合作,搭建更新教师创新理念的平台等。
Shanghai Experimental School More than 20 years to carry out the overall reform of education and experimental study. The overall design of experimental projects in schools to protect the creative potential of students. The overall design of a series of courses to foster students’ innovative accomplishments: The LEGO course is set up in primary schools to cultivate students’ interest in innovation. The STS series of courses are offered to train students’ innovative interest. The overall establishment of high quality teachers team, to ensure innovative personnel training: to enhance teachers ’sense of innovation, the formation of mixed team, depth cooperation with universities, build a platform to update teachers’ innovative ideas.
