采用多体系统动力学软件SIMPACK建立了某型重载货运电力机车动力学模型,首先用初始激励法以AAR5、AAR4和AAR3轨道不平顺作为初始激扰,得到该机车的蛇行临界速度;然后,基于澳大利亚AS7509.1标准和UIC 518标准,分析了该机车不同轨道不平顺下的安全运行速度。结果表明,该机车横向稳定性满足各种线路运行要求,随着轨道不平顺的加剧,机车的安全运行速度有一定的下降,横向性能变差;横向稳定性分析中,可以根据不同线路状况采用不同的仿真方法。
The dynamic model of a heavy-haul freight electric locomotive is established by using the multi-body system dynamics software SIMPACK. At first, the initial excitation of AAR5, AAR4 and AAR3 orbital irregularities is used as the initial excitation method to get the critical speed of the locomotive. Then, Based on the Australian AS7509.1 standard and the UIC518 standard, the safe operation speed of the locomotive on different tracks is analyzed. The results show that the lateral stability of the locomotive meets the requirements of various line operations. With the increase of track irregularities, the safe operation speed of the locomotives decreases to some extent and the lateral performance deteriorates. In the lateral stability analysis, the locomotives can be used according to different line conditions Different simulation methods.
