雙胎妊娠指的是一次妊娠中同时有两个胎儿的情况，随着我国促排卵药物和新型辅助生殖技术的创新和进步，我国双胎妊娠发病率也随之增长，根据大量的研究和统计发现，双胎妊娠的窒息率和死亡率也相对较高，远超出单胎妊娠5倍～7倍[1-2]。
