中职生就业一直是我国政府和学术界都比较关注的热点问题。本研究采用西南大学李西营于2006年修订的《职业决策困难问卷》和J.R-Buri 1991年编制的《父母权威问卷》,对上海一所中职校330名学生进行测试。结果表明:中职生父母教养方式中母亲专断水平偏高,各维度在性别、沪籍、独生与否、父母教育水平方面存在显著差异。中职生职业决策困难总体处于中等水平,其中犹豫不决和决策过程缺乏信息分数偏高。各维度在性别、年级、是否独生等方面存在显著差异。教养方式对中职生职业决策困难具有一定的预测作用。
Employment of secondary vocational students has always been a hot issue that Chinese government and academia are more concerned about. This study uses the “Questionnaire of Professional Decision-making Difficulties” revised by Li Xiying of Southwest University in 2006 and the “Questionnaire of Parents Authority” compiled by J.R-Buri in 1991 to test 330 students in a secondary vocational school in Shanghai. The results show that the level of mothers ’dominance in secondary vocational school students’ parental rearing patterns is high, and there are significant differences in the dimensions of sex, hukou, singletonship and parental education levels. Career decision-making difficulties for secondary vocational students generally at the medium level, which hesitancy and decision-making process of lack of high information scores. There are significant differences in each dimension in terms of gender, grade, or birth. The mode of parenting has a certain predictive effect on the career decision-making difficulty of secondary vocational students.
