用人工感染的方法,以贵州中华按蚊、上海中华按蚊和海南大劣按蚊对贵州省荔波、普安和丹寨县的间日疟原虫的敏感性进行了比较实验。实验结果示知,贵州中华按蚊胃感染率81.22~100%,腺感染率86.36~100%;上海中华按蚊胃感染率85.71~100%,腺感染率91.67~100%;海南大劣按蚊胃感染率85.33~100%,腺感染率82.22~100%。上述结果表明:贵州中华按蚊、上海中华按蚊和海南大劣按蚊均为贵州省间日疟原虫高度易感的媒蚊。
The artificial infection method was used to compare the sensitivity of Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis and Anopheles stephensi to Plasmodium vivax in Libo, Pu’an and Danzhai counties in Guizhou province. The results showed that the infection rates of Anopheles sinensis in Guizhou were 81.22% ~ 100% and the rates of gonococcal infection were 86.36% ~ 100%. The gastric infection rate of Anopheles sinensis was 85.71 ~ 100% and the rate of gland infection was 91.67 ~ 100% Gastric infection rate was 85.33 ~ 100%, gonococcal infection rate was 82.22 ~ 100%. The above results indicate that Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis and Anopheles dirus of Guizhou Province are highly susceptible mosquitoes of Plasmodium vivax in Guizhou province.
