黑龙江省查哈阳农场金光分场在党的领导下,认真全面的贯彻执行了农业“八字宪法”,1959年种植的三万亩水稻平均亩产466.7斤,其中有255亩亩产达1,014.6斤。该场获得全面丰产,主要是政治挂帅,党的正确领导。在栽培技术上,除做好了整地、筑埂工作外,首先是选用早熟良种,适期早播。选用了“国光”、“国主”、“北海”三个适于当地栽培的品种,其中最好的“国光”种占70%,这是当地栽培多年的早熟、丰产、杆强不易倒伏,且适于机械收割的良种。当地无霜期138天,根据这一自然情况,播种期由历年的5月10—25日改为5月2日开始,至20日全部播完,比过去提早了10天左右,为提早成熟创造了先决条件。
