近年来,民办职校的发展速度和规模令人瞩目。在其快速发展和规模扩张的同时也暴露出种种问题,尤其是师资建设问题日益突出。民办职校师资建设存在队伍不稳定、结构欠合理、骨干教师和专业带头人稀缺等问题。针对上述问题,民办职校应转变思维,更新办学理念,优化师资队伍结构,创新人才引入途径,拓宽专业领域,积极开展校企合作,增强教师职业能力训练,为教师提供一个广阔自由的发展空间。同时,民办职校教师也应通过自身的不懈努力,不断提高教学水平和完善知识技能,成为符合我国新形势背景下职业教育发展的栋梁之才。
In recent years, the development speed and scale of private vocational schools are notable. In its rapid development and scale expansion, it also exposed various problems. In particular, the issue of teachers’ construction has become increasingly prominent.
