我国第一本《水工建筑物抗震设计规范》,于1978年颁行以来,在我国水工建设中发挥了应有作用。但是14年来我国水利水电建设,特别是西南、西北地区的高坝工程发展迅速,抗震问题突出。水工抗震学科也有很大进展。为此,最近能源部、水利部水利水电规划总院已正式下达任务,由原主编单位水利水电科学研究院负责修订。
China’s first “Code for Seismic Design of Hydraulic Structures” was issued in 1978 and has played its due role in China’s hydraulic construction. However, in the past 14 years, China’s water conservancy and hydropower construction, especially the high-dam projects in the southwest and northwest regions, have developed rapidly, and the earthquake resistance problem has been outstanding. The hydraulic engineering discipline has also made great progress. To this end, the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Water Resources have recently formally issued tasks for the General Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Planning, and the former editor-in-chief Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research will be responsible for the revision.
