新生儿的免疫系统有着不同于成年人的特点。目前国内外对新生儿免疫学方面的研究不多,尤其是对其干扰素及自然杀伤细胞(NKC)的研究甚少。为此,本文对31例新生儿血γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平及 NKC活性进行了初步观察并对其临床意义进行探讨。
The newborn’s immune system has characteristics that are different from those of adults. At present, there are not many studies on immunology of newborn at home and abroad, especially few studies on its interferon and natural killer cell (NKC). To this end, this article 31 cases of neonatal blood γ-interferon (IFN-γ) levels and NKC activity was initially observed and its clinical significance.
