针对金属成形模拟过程中网格畸变问题,提出了一种自动局部网格重划分技术。首先通过计算单元变形度的方法判断是否需要重划并标记出变形网格;然后利用特征线和特征面提取法得到变形局部的轮廓线和面;依照得到的轮廓划分网格;网格重划后利用面积加权平均法实现新旧网格信息的传递。通过ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL编程来实现该技术,并通过对冲头压入过程的模拟分析,验证了该方法的可行性。
Aiming at the problem of grid distortion during metal forming simulation, an automatic local grid re-division technology is proposed. Firstly, the deformation degree of the unit is used to judge whether the deformation grid needs to be redrawn and marked. Then the contour lines and surfaces of the deformation are obtained by using the characteristic lines and the extraction of the characteristic surface. The grids are divided according to the obtained contour. After using the area weighted average method to achieve the transmission of old and new grid information. The technology is realized by ANSYS parametric design language APDL programming, and the feasibility of this method is verified through the simulation analysis of punch pressing process.
