液相色谱多模式混合固定相同时具有多种分离机理,被越来越多的应用于复杂样品的分析。通过改变两种改性基团的投料比,制备了一组经典的RP/SCX双模式混合固定相,并对其进行了系统的评价研究。采用元素分析、离子交换当量测试,得到了-C18与-SO3H两种基团的比例,验证了空间位阻对-C18键合率的影响;分别在反相和离子交换模式下,考察了疏水性样品、离子样品的保留行为;并成功分离了含有6种不同类型化合物的混合物。评价结果表明,制备的固定相同时具有反相和离子交换色谱的双重保留机理,为此类固定相分离复杂样品提供了参考数据。
Multiphase hybrid stationary phases have a variety of separation mechanisms at the same time and are increasingly used in the analysis of complex samples. A series of classical RP / SCX dual-mode mixed stationary phases were prepared by changing the feeding ratio of the two modified groups. The system was also evaluated. The effects of steric hindrance on the bonding rate of C18 were investigated by elemental analysis and ion exchange equivalence test. The ratio of C18 to -SO3H was investigated. The effects of hydrophobicity Sexual samples, retention behavior of ionic samples; and the successful separation of mixtures containing 6 different types of compounds. The results of the evaluation show that the prepared stationary phase has the double retention mechanism of reversed-phase and ion-exchange chromatography at the same time, and provides the reference data for the separation of complex samples with such stationary phase.
