加快农村公路建设是建设社会主义新农村战略任务的重要组成部分,近年来随着农村公路建设进程的不断加快,农村公路里程迅速增加,养护需求与养护能力之间的矛盾愈显突出。我们要充公认识养护管理工作的重要性和必要性,完善现有农村公路管养体制,确立“建养管并重,突出强化管理”的工作思路,在继续搞好农村公路建设的同时,把工作重点放在全面加强农村公路养护管理,有效提高农村路网的运行效益上来。实现农村公路建设、管理、养护、营运的协调发展。
