目的:分析高压氧治疗对早期无症状冠心病心功能减退病患的血流动力学影响。方法:对我院2008年6月至2010年5月收治的符合此项研究条件的60例早期无症状冠心病心功能减退患者进行随机分组治疗,并实施心功能血流动力学参数治疗前、治疗中10天和20天、治疗后60天的测定、比较和分析。结果:经受高压氧治疗的观察组患者各血流动力学参数在治疗第10天明显提高(P<0.05)并与正常参数无差异性,且在治疗20天和治疗后60天的检测中未出现明显变化;而未受高压氧治疗的对照组患者各项参数在治疗第20天时出现了明显的改善(P<0.05),但治疗后60天又出现明显回落(P>0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗可以使患者的血流动力学改善,并具有较好的远期疗效。
Objective: To analyze the hemodynamic effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with asymptomatic coronary heart disease and hypogonadism. Methods: A total of 60 patients with early asymptomatic CHD with hypogonadism admitted to our hospital from June 2008 to May 2010 were randomly divided into two groups. Before and after treatment with hemodynamic parameters, 10 days and 20 days of treatment, 60 days after treatment, comparison and analysis. Results: The hemodynamic parameters in the observation group undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy were significantly increased (P <0.05) on the 10th day of treatment and no difference from the normal parameters, and were not detected in the treatment of 20 days and 60 days after the treatment (P <0.05). However, the parameters of the control group without hyperbaric oxygen had a significant improvement (P <0.05) on the 20th day after treatment, but dropped significantly on the 60th day after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusions: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve hemodynamics and have better long-term efficacy.
