英国商业、创新和技能部于2015年底发布了《英国学徒制:2020年发展愿景》,围绕着提高学徒的数量和质量制定了五年发展规划。综合来看,英国学徒制改革的新动向主要包括五个方面:一是提高学徒制的地位,二是鼓励所有阶层的适龄人群参加学徒制,三是提高学徒的培养质量和层次,四是企业雇主主导下多元参与学徒制管理,五是通过开征学徒税建立稳定的经费投入机制。
The UK Department of Business, Innovation and Skills released the British Apprenticeship: 2020 Vision for Development at the end of 2015 with a five-year development plan focused on increasing the number and quality of apprenticeships.
