葡萄的成熟主要取决于光合产物的积累量是否达到了一定的要求。由于植株每天所制造的光合产物总量是一定的,在坐果率高的情况下,单粒果实每天的光合产物积累量就相对降低,以致延迟成熟。
The maturity of grapes mainly depends on whether the accumulation of photosynthetic products meets certain requirements. Since the total amount of photosynthate produced by plants per day is constant, the daily accumulation of photosynthetic products per unit fruit is relatively reduced at a high fruit setting rate, resulting in delayed maturation.
