东方汽轮机厂(以下简称东汽)是我国研究、设计、制造大型电站汽轮机的重大动力装备制造企业,也是德阳建设国家重大技术装备制造业基地的三大支柱企业之一。东汽在过去发展的历程和对未来发展方向的设计上,坚持用高新技术和先进适用技术改造提升重大动力装备制造水平,探索并实施技术跨越式发展的三大战略创新,不断调整产品产业结构,对振兴重大动力装备制造业、走新型工业化道路作出了有益的探索。技术跨越式发展战略创新之一:实施自主开发与引进技术相结合的高起点国产化战略创新,大力推进主导产品结构调整和升级。
