全苏钢管科学研究所的工作者研究了在现代4~10″和5~12″周期轧管机组上轧管的力能参数。研究是采用20号钢,在4~10″机组上轧制直径195毫米、壁厚728毫米以及在5~12″机组上轧制直径279和378毫米、壁厚分别为6~9和8~17毫米的钢管的情况下进行的。轧辊具有下列参数:锻轧段角度80°,精轧段角度76°,终轧段34°,辊身直径分别为740、785和925毫米(与上述所轧钢管的规格相应),毛管尺寸分别为320×60、382×57和492×65毫米。
Workers at the All-Steel Pipe Research Institute studied the force-energy parameters of pipe rolling on modern 4 to 10 “and 5 to 12” pipe-rolling units. The study was carried out on 20 # steel with a rolling diameter of 195 mm and a wall thickness of 728 mm on a 4 to 10 “machine and rolling diameters of 279 and 378 mm on 5 to 12” units with wall thicknesses of 6 to 9 and 8, 17 mm steel pipe case. The roll has the following parameters: forging section angle of 80 °, finishing section angle of 76 °, finishing section of 34 °, roll body diameters of 740, 785 and 925 mm, respectively (corresponding to the specifications of the rolled steel pipe described above) 320 × 60,382 × 57 and 492 × 65 mm.
