[目的]研究疾病预防控制工作及其相关工作机构以及员工的绩效评估与管理,从而科学评价疾病预防控制工作落实程度,改进和提高服务质量与服务水平。[方法]综述绩效考核的具体意义,程序,类型,方法,原则等。[结果]绩效考核一般有4个程序,分为4种基本类型,考核方法分为客观和主观考核绩效法,同时绩效考核需要满足7个基本原则。[结论]绩效考核能获得职工的反馈信息,便可据此制定相应的人事决策与措施,同时推动和促进疾病预防控制机构的服务质量。
