第一次完全由中青年档案工作者参加的中青年档案学者档案理论研讨会1993年10月16～20日在南宁召开,60余名活跃在档案学研究领域和档案工作岗位上的45岁以下的档案工作者聚集一堂,围绕档案学研究如何适应档案工作改革的新形势等问题,进行了广泛的交流和探讨。专程赴会的国家档案局副局长刘国能说,这是我国档案界,尤其是档案理论、学术界的新事、大事,是“零的突破”。
The first archival theory seminar for young and middle-aged archivists, attended by young and middle-aged archivists for the first time, was held in Nanning from October 16 to October 20, 1993. More than 60 undergraduates aged 45 or younger who are active in archival research and archival work positions, Archives workers gathered around the archives study how to adapt to the new situation of archives reform and other issues, conducted a wide range of exchanges and discussions. Liu Guo-neng, deputy director of the State Archives Bureau who made a special trip to the meeting, said that this is a “breakthrough of zero” in the archives sector in our country, especially in archival theories and new events and major events in the academic field.
