研究了固溶后应变时效处理对CuNiCoBe合金的电导率和硬度的影响。通过测量合金冷变形后恒温时效过程中的硬度和电导率变化,并根据电导率与新相的转变量之间的内在关系,计算出时效过程中新相的转变比例,推导出不同冷变形量、不同温度下描述CuNiCoBe合金时效时的新相体积分数与时效时间关系的Avrami经验方程及不同应变时效处理工艺下计算电导率随时效时间变化的电导率方程。
The effect of solution aging treatment on the electrical conductivity and hardness of CuNiCoBe alloy was studied. By measuring the change of hardness and electrical conductivity during the aging process after cold deformation, and according to the inherent relationship between electrical conductivity and the amount of new phase transformation, the transformation ratio of new phase during aging was calculated and different cold deformation , The Avrami empirical equation describing the relationship between the volume fraction of new phase and the aging time at different temperatures, and the conductivity equation for calculating the conductivity versus aging time under different strain aging treatments.
