作为一名农村教师,从教多年来,遇到家庭特殊的学生有很多,如留守学生、单亲学生、寄居亲戚朋友家的学生。这些学生中大多缺乏父母的关心、慈爱,生活孤单,心理自卑,学习成绩很不理想,有个别的被称之为学困生。如何转化学困生,让他们健康快乐地成长,是摆在教师面前的重要课题,温家宝总理曾说:“作为一名教师,首先要有爱,没有爱心,就没有教育。”因此,要做好学困生的转化工作,必须对他们加倍关爱,让爱的雨露滋润学困生的成长。
