静脉注射N-甲基小檗胺后,可以明显推迟乌头碱所致大鼠室性早搏出现的时间;明显推迟哇巴因所致豚鼠室早、室颤和停搏出现的时间。该作用呈剂量依赖性。
Intravenous injection of N-methyl berbamine significantly delayed the occurrence of ventricular premature beats in rats induced by aconitine, and significantly delayed the occurrence of early ventricular fibrillation and arrest in guinea pigs caused by ouabain. This effect is dose-dependent.
