本文针对传统的机械振动台激励获得石英挠性加速度计动态特性方法的缺点,提出了一种电激励方法及其在频域建立加速度计动态模型的方法,具有可以在线测度和实时取得加速度计动态数学模型的优点,文中对采用频域方法建立加速度计动态数学模型过程中的几个关键问题进行了探讨.为了验证本文算法的可靠性,文中也建立了一个二阶模拟滤波器动态模型.
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional mechanical shaking table in stimulating dynamic characteristics of quartz flexible accelerometer, an electrical excitation method and its method of establishing dynamic model of accelerometer in the frequency domain are proposed. The method has the advantages of online measurement and real-time obtaining of dynamic state of accelerometer Mathematical model, the paper discusses some key problems in establishing the dynamic mathematical model of accelerometer by using the frequency domain method.In order to verify the reliability of the algorithm, a second-order dynamic model of the analog filter is also established.
