外源NO对缺镁胁迫下玉米幼苗生长和离子平衡的影响

The plant height, root length, dry weight and fresh weight of corn seedlings increased with 100 μmol·L-1 nitric oxide donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP), the root activity increased, N metabolism was improved, Ca2 + The contents of Mg2 +, Cu2 +, Fe3 + and Mn2 + in the old leaves decreased, the plasma contents of Mg2 +, Ca2 +, K + and Zn2 + decreased and the contents of Cu2 +, Fe3 + and Mn2 + , Zn2 +, Fe3 + and Mn2 + ion content decreased. The experimental results show that NO protect corn seedlings from magnesium deficiency stress.
