分别在铁液中加入0.6%~1.0%的蠕化剂,研究了不同蠕化剂加入量下石墨的形貌及铸铁性能的变化规律。研究结果表明,随着QRMg8RE5加入量的增加,石墨的形态逐渐从片状转变为蠕虫状、直至球状;当加入量为0.8%时,石墨的蠕化率可达85%~90%。与加入量为0.6%相比,加入量为0.8%时,铸铁的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到了340.69 MPa和1.8%,提高了136.28%和103.12%,其综合力学性能较好。 Adding 0.6% to 1.0% of the vermiculite to the molten iron respectively, the morphology of the graphite and the variation of the cast iron performance under different amounts of the vermiculite were studied. The results showed that the morphology of graphite gradually changed from flake to worm shape with the increase of QRMg8RE5 addition, and the sphericity of graphite reached 85% ~ 90% at the addition of 0.8%. Compared with 0.6%, the tensile strength and elongation of cast iron reached 340.69 MPa and 1.8%, respectively, increased by 136.28% and 103.12% at the addition amount of 0.8%, and their comprehensive mechanical properties were better.
