(1)油膜壓力的基本偏微分方程式;最小間隙的計算。上文曾對油膜的形成及油膜壓力的分佈情况作一通俗性的說明,现在我們再進一步導出油膜壓力的偏微分方程式,從而决定軸承的間隙。在導出油膜壓力的方程式時,須先作出以下所设的假定:(1)軸承間隙內油的流動是具有层片(流動的)性質的,並且油的流動是服從牛頓定律的,其切向應力舆速度梯度成正比。(2)黏附於軸承表面的油與軸承表面之間沒有滑移發生。(3)油液是不可被压縮的。
(1) The basic partial differential equations of oil film pressure; the calculation of the minimum clearance. We have made a general description of the formation of oil film and the distribution of oil film pressure. Now we derive the partial differential equation of oil film pressure to determine the bearing clearance. The following assumptions should be made when deriving the film pressure equation: (1) The flow of oil within the bearing gap is of a ply (flowing) nature and the flow of oil is subject to Newton’s law, the tangential direction The stress gradient is proportional to the speed. (2) There is no slippage between the oil adhering to the bearing surface and the bearing surface. (3) The fluid can not be compressed.
