目的梳理儿科领域应用体外膜肺氧合技术相关文献,分析该技术在儿科领域发展历史和应用现状。方法以Pub Med收录的儿科领域应用体外膜肺氧合技术相关文献为研究对象,利用书目共现分析系统BICOMB和SPSS 20.0对所有文献中的高频主题词进行聚类分析,揭示该技术应用现状。结果该领域的文献基本呈逐年上升趋势,多刊载于急救、危重症、心脏外科等相关期刊,高频主题词聚类分析显示了该技术的主要应用领域。结论小儿心脏外科、心肌炎、肺移植、呼吸循环障碍以及先天性膈疝是ECMO技术在儿科主要的应用领域,该技术能够提高患儿生存、改善预后,是目前抢救上述重症患儿的重要手段。
OBJECTIVE To sort out the literature about the application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation technique in pediatrics and to analyze its development history and current application in pediatrics. Methods Based on the articles published by Pub Med in the field of pediatric ophthalmology and pulmonary oxygenation, the bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system BICOMB and SPSS 20.0 were used to cluster the high-frequency keywords in all the literature to reveal the application status of the technique . Results The literature in this field showed an upward trend year by year. Most of the papers were published in related journals such as first aid, critically ill patients and cardiac surgery. The clustering analysis of high frequency keywords shows the main application fields of the technology. Conclusion Pediatric cardiac surgery, myocarditis, lung transplantation, respiratory and circulatory disorders, and congenital diaphragmatic hernia are the main pediatric applications of ECMO technology. It can improve the survival and prognosis of children and is an important means of rescuing the critically ill children.
