在S波段对3种不同配置的色散补偿型分布式光纤拉曼放大器(FRA)进行了研制。实验证明:5kmDCF 50kmG652光纤色散补偿型分布式FRA的增益和噪声特性优于50km、G652 5kmDCF光纤和25kmG652 5kmDCF 25kmG652光纤色散补偿型分布式FRA。测量了5kmDCF 50kmG652光纤色散补偿型分布式FRA的增益光谱和噪声谱。在DWDM光纤传输系统中,色散补偿分布式FRA对S波段1520nm光谱波段2个光谱间隔为0.262nm(频率间隔为34.1GHz)信号信道光谱的传输特性优于50kmG652正色散FRA和5kmDCF负色散FRA。
Three kinds of dispersion-compensated distributed fiber Raman amplifiers (FRA) have been developed in S-band. Experiments show that: 5kmDCF 50kmG652 fiber dispersion compensation distributed FRA gain and noise characteristics better than 50km, G652 5kmDCF fiber and 25kmG652 5kmDCF 25kmG652 fiber dispersion compensation distributed FRA. The gain spectrum and noise spectrum of a 5 km DCF 50 km G652 fiber dispersion compensated distributed FRA were measured. In the DWDM optical fiber transmission system, the dispersion compensation distributed FRA has better propagation characteristics than the 50kmG652 positive dispersion FRA and the 5kmDCF negative dispersion FRA for two spectral spacings of 0.262nm (frequency interval of 34.1GHz) in the 1520nm spectral band of S-band.
