在产权的理论创建及其分析世界中,社会学家和经济学家并不是截然分离的,在很多思想上是相互融通的。文章试图从科斯悖论的化解、习俗性产权的运行以及产权的国家悖论来透视这种融合的可能性。产权的社会视角是在对现代产权经济学的修正补充基础上提出的,文章首先尝试对科斯为代表的现代产权经济学进行知识社会学的检视,揭示其理论困境,而后对产权社会学视角开放出来的问题予以呈现,进而透过“产权分析”这一维度来探究社会学和经济学两个学科融合的基础及其方向。
Sociologists and economists are not completely separated from each other in the theoretical creation of property rights and in the analytic world. They are in many ways compatible with one another. The article attempts to see the possibility of such integration from the resolution of Kos’s paradox, the operation of customary property rights and the national paradox of property rights. The social perspective of property rights is put forward on the basis of the supplement of the amendment of the economics of modern property rights. First, the article attempts to review the knowledge sociology of modern property economics represented by Coase, reveals its theoretical predicament, and then opens a new perspective of property sociology The problems that emerge are presented, and the basis and direction of the integration of sociology and economics are explored through the dimension of “Property Right Analysis.”
