目的:调查中医院校新生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况并评价“预防艾滋病”健康教育课程的效果,为学校今后开展艾滋病健康教育提供理论依据。方法:采取整群抽样方法,抽取甘肃某中医院校新生作为调查对象,在健康教育前后进行现场匿名自填式问卷调查,调查内容包括艾滋病基本知识的知晓情况,艾滋病传播途径的知晓情况,对艾滋病的态度,获取艾滋病知识的途径等。结果:在调查的1034份有效问卷中,愿意接受“预防艾滋病”健康教育者843人,占调查人数的82%;对于艾滋病基本知识、传播途径等涉及较为专业的知识,学生教育前和教育后的知晓率差异有统计学意义;多数学生都对感染艾滋病毒者报有同情态度;经过健康教育,对于婚前性行为、未婚同居赞同的学生人数有所下降;结论:对中医院校新生开展“预防艾滋病”健康教育是有必要的,且效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the knowledge of HIV / AIDS related knowledge among freshmen in TCM colleges and to evaluate the effect of HIV / AIDS prevention health education curriculum so as to provide a theoretical basis for future HIV / AIDS health education in schools. Methods: A cluster sampling method was adopted to select freshmen from a TCM college in Gansu as an investigation object. Anonymous self-completed questionnaires were conducted before and after health education. The survey included the knowledge of AIDS basic knowledge and the awareness of AIDS transmission. AIDS attitude, access to AIDS knowledge and so on. Results: Of the 1,034 valid questionnaires surveyed, 843 were willing to receive “AIDS prevention” health education, accounting for 82% of the surveyed population. For the basic knowledge of AIDS and the route of transmission, which involved more professional knowledge, After the education, there was a significant difference in the rate of awareness between the two groups; most of the students reported sympathy with HIV; after health education, the number of students who agreed to premarital sex and unmarried cohabitation decreased; Conclusion: To carry out “AIDS prevention ” health education is necessary, and the effect is significant.
