在资源紧缺、环境遭到严重破坏的当今社会,节能环保已成为中国社会乃至世界的主题。该干燥器的设计采用可循环利用的硅胶干燥剂和传统的弹簧相结合,围绕环保这个主题,设计出可多次利用的、环保、低成本、无危害的干燥器。该设计通过凸透镜放大原理与胡克定律相结合,将重量的改变量转化成弹簧的形变量,避免了采用重量传感器带来的电路设计和安全问题,也扩大了该产品的使用范围。通过凸透镜读取形变量,方便使用者掌握单次使用的有效时间,以便及时更换内部干燥袋。
In today’s society, where resources are scarce and the environment is seriously damaged, energy conservation and environmental protection have become the theme of Chinese society and even the world. Designed with reusable silica gel desiccant in combination with traditional springs, this dryer is designed with a multi-use, eco-friendly, low-cost, harmless dryer for the eco-friendly theme. This design combines the principle of magnifying lens and Hooke’s law to convert the change of weight into the amount of spring deformation, which avoids the circuit design and safety problems brought by the weight sensor and enlarges the use range of the product. Through the convex lens to read the amount of deformation, user-friendly to master the effective time of single use, in order to promptly replace the internal drying bag.
