一种快速同时测量波片相位延迟量和快轴方位角的方法

基于Mueller矩阵和斯托克斯矢量的测量原理及方法,实现了对波片相位延迟量和快轴方位角的快速同时测量。激光通过偏振片和标准1/4波片后产生标准的右旋圆偏振光入射待测波片,用斯托克斯测量仪记录通过样品后激光的斯托克斯矢量,同时得到待测波片的相位延迟量和快轴方位角;分析了标准1/4波片的参数误差及系统稳定性对测量结果的影响。利用该实验系统测量得到的波片相位延迟量和快轴方位角的平均标准差分别为±0.05°和±0.03°,同时,得到了云母波片及石英波片的参数与温度的实验关系。所提方法具有测量过程简单、精确度高及可以对未知各向异性材料相位延迟量及其等效快轴方位角进行实时测量等特点。
