本文从学生视角探讨激发大学生学习动机的因素。根据前人对教学中学生动机的影响因素的研究,选取37个项目,并采用专家评定和探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析相结合的方法,对232个学生进行调查。结果发现3个影响因素:第一个因素是教师人格。第二个因素是教学方法。第三个因素则是课堂管理。
This article explores the factors that motivate college students’ learning motivation from the perspective of students. Based on the previous research on the influencing factors of the motivation of teaching middle school students, 37 projects were selected, and 232 students were investigated through a combination of expert assessment, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results found three factors: The first factor is the teacher’s personality. The second factor is the teaching method. The third factor is classroom management.
