北京市实施高中课程改革以来,基层学校从课程设置、课时安排等方面严格按照新课改的要求进行,而广大的一线教师经过市、区、学校三级组织的高中新课程培训之后,积极投身到课程改革的实践中。但是,在高中新课程逐步深入实施的过程中,“教学课时紧张”成为困扰很多教师的一大难题。因此,有的教师要求学校增加课时,有的教师开始把课堂时间向课外延伸,也有个别学校出现补课现象……那么,究竟是什么原因导致课时不足?又该如何解决课时紧张的问题呢?我们来看看一线教师的观点和做法。当然,我们也呼吁,相关部门的专家学者包括教材编写者,能帮助一线教师解决他们在现实工作中产生的困惑与问题。
