University of Pennsylvania Develops Nanowire Networks for Flexible Touch Screen Design The University of Pennsylvania and Duke University have collaborated on the design of transparent conductors using metal nanowires for low cost and good flexibility for touch screens. The research, led by Professor Karen Winey of the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and others, completes the project in collaboration with Professor Benjamin Wiley from Duke University’s Department of Chemistry.
